I love the mantra - work hard, play hard. Having some fun outside of work helps give us the energy and new perspectives needed to create incredible products for our clients all over the world. I also like to reward the team for their hard work. We rented out the luxury mattress retailer Coco-Mat’s showroom in SoHo, New York City for a night of drinks and gourmet, authentic Greek cooking lessons.
We learned and even mastered how to create four amazing Greek dishes from appetizers to dessert. We also learned the importance of utilizing fresh, organic ingredients and lots of olive oil, of course.
We also took time in between lessons to try out some luxury mattresses made in Greece, which range in cost up to $40,000 per mattress.
