Work hard, play hard. That includes working hard to serve clients around the world while also spending time to enjoy myself. As I travel to the amazing places, my work takes us to globally and I have to stop, look around, and take it all in.

On a recent trip to Japan to work with new suppliers and clients, I had to indulge in the local cuisine. One of those indulgences included a particularly decadent meal in Tokyo, where I ate some of the most delicious food I have ever experienced.

When you think of Japanese food, you might first think of sushi, but I took a different route with this meal.

My four-course culinary experience included a delicious vegetable salad, steaming miso soup, and 100% Kobe beef with fried rice. The Kobe beef was so soft, you didn’t even have to chew. To top off the meal, our fourth course consisted of delicious, authentic cherry blossom ice cream.

The meal was culinary bliss, and this level of excellence is what I am all about!
