4-DAY TRIP TO CHINA TO OVERSEE 20+ PRODUCTION RUNS AT THE FACTORY
As a global business with manufacturing footprints in several markets around the world, I have to make the most of my trips when I travel internationally. Taking a four-day trip to Shanghai to oversee 20+ production runs of custom light fixtures and furniture for international retail, restaurant and commercial clients has become standard practice for me.
We have full production lines going on non-stop, six days a week, producing several thousand units a day. So were excited with what’s going on. We have full-time coverage over here with our local team and US presence.
In addition to overseeing production runs at our factory, I also take time during the trip to hold team and client meetings around Shanghai. It’s amazing how much we can accomplish in a few days!
