I had the opportunity to sit down with a panel of entrepreneurs to discuss business during and post the pandemic. Check out my feature in the video. To see the full Summit, watch the video below.

What is the Dilemma Summit? Dilemma Summit is a virtual event that brings entrepreneurs and industry-leading professionals seeking answers to the uncertainty of the future of the workplace, while inspiring innovation and development. 2020 was a year of change, transition, and adaptation. The commercial real estate market and office structure has changed, and so have we; working in a crowded office transitioned to working-from-home; whether or not we liked the change we had to adapt. We listened, we learned, and we evolved. While some companies notice an increase in employee productivity with remote work, some worry about the lack of social interaction and what that entails. With the recent rapid evolution of the workplace and still so much uncertainty ahead, every professional naturally asks: what is the future of office space? What does the office of the future look like? How do you build a company’s culture when you do not have the company space? To answer these questions and to provoke thought and discussion on the future of work, workspace culture, business management and business growth, we connected with leading industry professionals who have succeeded through adaptability and drive during the Covid-19 pandemic to reflect on all the challenges we have faced this past year.
